During this current Pandemic, we realize that the safety and health of our customers and staff during our rental process is extremely important. That's why we have created a rental process that is very easy, with great customer service, that has no in-person contact to risk the spread of disease. Here is how it works:

Before You Rent

  1. All vacant units are inspected, cleaned, and then locked.

When You Rent

  1. Choose a unit on our website or call us.

  2. We will call you to arrange all of the "paperwork" electronically with an e-signature.

  3. We then send you a unit number and gate access code and answer any questions.

  4. You can move in between the hours of 6 am and 11 pm - 7 days a week.

  5. When you're ready to move in we will leave a welcome bag in your unit complete with a new lock!
